Right at Home Ireland, an award-winning and leading provider of home care services, is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter / HR Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an individual with recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or home care sector, or someone who has successfully recruited for high-volume positions in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates to support our continued growth across Ireland.
Success in this position will depend on your ability to identify strong candidates, manage recruitment to tight deadlines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and continuously seek innovative ways to attract top talent.
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: From €16 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Carers and other positions within the organisation.
Source candidates using a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referral programmes, and community networks.
Schedule and conduct interviews in a professional and efficient manner.
Build relationships with local organisations, educational institutions, and community groups to support recruitment initiatives.
Organise and participate in recruitment events and outreach activities.
Collaborate closely with Managers and Coordinators to understand staffing requirements, geographic coverage needs, and growth plans.
Lead recruitment meetings and provide regular updates on hiring activity.
Conduct reference checks, Garda Vetting, and other pre-employment screening procedures.
Evaluate interview outcomes, make recommendations, prepare job offers, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and employee records.
Ensure all candidate and employee files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Provide regular reports and feedback to the Senior Management Team.
Support additional HR and administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and administration.
Experience working to recruitment targets and deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience maintaining databases and administrative records.
Desirable:
Recruitment experience within the home care, healthcare, or social care sector.
Experience recruiting for high-volume roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
